Trust Administration

Trust Administration is the process whereby at your death the named successor Trustee marshals your assets, pays your creditors, and distributes your estate to the named beneficiaries. The majority of the time this process is done without court supervision, unlike in a Probate.

Trust administration can be a simple step-by-step process or a complicated endeavor depending on whether there are assessor forms to record, business interests to assign, and real property to sell. It is best to have trusted legal help to guide you through the administration process.
